This song, to me, depicts a man that has the genuine, authentic love he ought to cherish, close to him but decided to listen to people and test the water.
Soon, he finds out that there’s nothing outside and he’s on his own. Now, the only sensible thing to do is to come back and seek forgiveness from the one who has truly stayed with him through thick and thin.
So many times, we take those we have for granted because we have been overly familiar with them and we feel they will always be available.
Some people are lucky to get these rare gems back after apologizing while others loses them forever and wallow in regret.
Today, while I recommend the song “Tèmi ni Tèmi by Brymo”, I urge you to appreciate those who have been a crucial part of your journey in life before it’s too late.
